Does Wonder Core Smart Work? We Put It To The Test!

We all want a toned, flat stomach. But let’s be honest — sit-ups and crunches are just so boring. That’s where the Wonder Core Smart comes in.

This little device claims to give you a full-body workout, targeting your abs, chest, arms, and legs, all while you sit or stand.

Sounds too good to be true, right? We put the Wonder Core Smart to the test to see if it really lives up to the hype.

First, a little about the product. The Wonder Core Smart is a small, round device that you stand on or sit on, depending on the exercise. It has a resistance band that you can attach to the device, and it comes with a DVD and a workout chart.

The DVD walks you through a few different exercises, and the workout chart helps you keep track of which exercises you should be doing on which day.

We started off by following along with the DVD. The first exercise is a standing chest press. You put your feet on the Wonder Core Smart, and then you press the resistance band out in front of you.

We could feel the resistance in our arms and chest, and we could definitely see our heart rates going up.

The next exercise is a standing row. Again, you put your feet on the Wonder Core Smart, but this time you pull the resistance band towards you. We could feel this one in our back and arms.

The next exercise is a bicep curl. You sit on the Wonder Core Smart and curl the resistance band up towards your shoulders. We could feel this one in our biceps for sure.

After we completed the exercises in the DVD, we moved on to the workout chart. We started with the abs section and did a few different exercises, including crunches, side bends, and leg raises.

We could feel our abs working with each of these exercises, and we could see our heart rates going up.

Next, we moved on to the arms section. We did a few different exercises, including tricep kickbacks, bicep curls, and shoulder presses. We could feel our arms working with each of these exercises.

Finally, we moved on to the legs section. We did a few different exercises, including lunges, squats, and calf raises. We could feel our legs working with each of these exercises, and we could see our heart rates going up.

Overall, we were really impressed with the Wonder Core Smart. It definitely gives you a full-body workout, and we could feel our muscles working with each exercise.

The best part? We didn’t even have to get up off the couch!
